Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Opened stationery or hygiene products (for safety reasons)
How to Return
- Email us at returns@schoolgear.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
- Pack your items securely and ship them back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
